Rcube Asset Management does not consider the environmental, social and governance quality criteria for the management of its mutual funds.
Conflicts of interest policy
It is with this in mind that Rcube Asset Management has established an organisation, dedicated procedures and measures that enable it to identify and manage such conflicts, should they arise, as well as possible.
Rcube Asset Management naturally undertakes to inform the Client of the general nature or source of these conflict(s) of interest, should such a situation(s) be identified.
The Client may, if desired, obtain on request to his/her Client Advisor, further information on the Conflicts of Interest Policy.
Best Execution Policy - Best Selection Policy
The Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID 2004/39/EC) provides as of November 1, 2007 that during the execution of an order concerning a financial instrument on behalf of a client, an investment services provider shall take all reasonable steps to obtain for its client the best execution of the order, in particular by establishing a Best Order Execution Policy and a Best Selection Policy for choice of intermediaries (collectively called The Policy)
The Policy is reviewed by Rcube Asset Management as and when necessary and at least once per year.

Complaint Management Policy
Investment services providers shall establish and maintain an effective and transparent procedure for reasonable and prompt handling of complaints received from client or potential clients, and from all Collective Investment Scheme (CIS) unit holders or shareholders.
Information on the complaint handling procedure shall be made available to retail clients free of charge.
This policy concerns both existing or potential retail clients and unit holders or shareholders from any CIS managed by Rcube Asset Management SAS.

Clients should indicate the reason of your complaint (dissatisfaction/discontent) in the purpose of your mail. We recommend that you send your complaint by registered mail and with a return receipt (legal proof of receipt) in order to guarantee its arrival.
Under the French regulation, Rcube Am will respect the folowing delays:
- a maximum of ten business days from receipt of the complaint to acknowledge receipt, unless the response itself is given to the client within this time period,
